内推邮箱:328947327@qq.com Primary job responsibilities Interact closely with Field Sales and Sales Management teams and cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Global Professional (Consulting) Services, Global Learning (Training) Services, Product Management, Global Support, Subscription Compliance, Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition and Order Management teams to support approvals for large deals, quarter close activities, compliance processes, and reporting Establish solid, trusted working relationships with all Red Hat teams that contribute to the structure of, or may be impacted by, non-standard deals; help to obtain exception approvals and preapprovals Manage fast-paced, time-sensitive projects and facilitate deal structuring of non-standard and complex deals while aligning with corporate policies, programs, and systems Draft business terms language for non-standard terms as required; work closely with the Legal and Revenue teams on contract review and revision Regulate discount compliance, manage deal approval escalation across all key deals, and participate in complex contract negotiations Work with the APAC Deal Desk Management team in providing commercial value-add advice in terms of interpretation and analysis of management information Produce ad hoc reports and analyses (e.g., pricing and discount analysis) for various business purposes as required Participate in special projects as needed; contribute to deal process enhancements by advancing no and low-touch deals automation with defined workflow policies and thresholds that guide the workflow Required Skills 5+ years of progressively more responsible analytical experience; experience with the IT environment and familiarity with the software subscription model or buying program is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field; public accounting firm, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or revenue accounting group experience is a plus Expertise in complex software; financial modelling skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English languages; proven negotiation, analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, crisis management, and leadership skills Ability to identify and analyze problems using sound judgement and creativity to determine the right solutions that will effectively resolve issues Detailed-oriented and motivated; ability to build and maintain solid relationships with various internal customers across a large, globally diverse organization Familiarity with operations, order processing, fulfilment, revenue recognition, legal contracts, purchase orders, and subscription agreement Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities Ability to establish goals and action plans, set realistic timetables, and monitor progress toward completion in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with bid and tender management; prior knowledge of and relevant experience responding to RFIs and RFPs, preferably in an IT industry or with a multinational corporation (MNC) is a plus --
